If you have purchased an Indian Horse, or if you are planning to sell your Indian Horse, you will need to submit a Transfer Report. These reports not only prove ownership of your horse, but also prove your horse’s purchase/sell history with a third party (AIHR) should you ever lose your contract or bill of sale. It may also allow a new owner to contact a previous owner about their horse. For the registry, it allows us to track where the horses are and keeps the horses from getting lost in trade or kill pens.
To submit the Transfer Report, you can download it here and either email it to registraraihr@gmail.com or mail it to the address on the form. To pay, include a check or money order with the form, or – if emailing – pay here. No transfers will be processed unless paid for in full.
